Engines remanufactured by or for Michigan Motor Exchange are warranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship to "Original Purchaser" NON TRANSFERABLE and subject to the below stated conditions as follows:

If any LONG BLOCK PART fails during the warranty period authorized below M.M.E. will repair or replace the failed parts free of charge, provided the "Engine and/or Vehicle service break-in requirements" have been performed and warranty is validated. M.M.E.'s cost liability under this warranty is limited to the original invoice amount.

ENGINE and/or VEHICLE SERVICE/BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS:

This is a precision remanufactured engine. - *CHANGE OIL AND FILTER AFTER FIRST 200 AND 1000 MILES AND EVERY 3,000 MILES THEREAFTER, FOLLOWING ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS AND OIL GRADE RECOMMENDATIONS.

Drive normally but not at continuous high speeds for the first 500 miles. Occasional bursts of speed (within posted speed limits), followed by quick deceleration during this period may be beneficial. *Change oil DO NOT OVER REV ENGINE.

Overheat and contaminated oil are two major causes of engine failure that VOID this warranty. Vehicle Operator is responsible to monitor engine overheating, subsequent shutdown and recommend service. This warranty does not apply; (a) unless engine is serviced according to the above instructions; (b) if failure results from defective accessories, abnormal operation, neglected maintenance, abuse or accident, (c) if the engine is repaired or altered by anyone other than M.M.E. or an authorized M.M.E. service/repair facility, or; (d) If engine and/or vehicle has performance enhancements i.e. chips, nitrous, oversized tires, etc.

This warranty is valid ONLY when maintenance records, receipts and warranty document are presented with the vehicle/engine at the TIME OF CLAIM and vehicle/engine is inspected by Michigan Motor Exchange.

This warranty DOES NOT cover replacement of oil, antifreeze, towing, transportation charges, or other losses incurred in the operation of the vehicle/engine. Additional Parts such as water pumps, fuel pumps, carburetors, starters, belts, hoses, etc. and engines not remanufactured by M.M.E. are covered only by warranties provided by their manufacturer. M.M.E. shall not be liable for consequential damages from and breach of warranty.

CONSUMER: ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AS STATED ABOVE:

NO WARRANTIES HAVE BEEN MADE BY SELLER IN REFERENCE TO THE GOODS UNLESS EXPRESSLY INCLUDED IN THIS WRITTEN SALES AGREEMENT BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

YOU ARE ENTITLED BY LAW TO THE RETURN OF ALL PARTS REPLACED, EXCEPT THOSE TOO HEAVY OR LARGE, OR THOSE REQUIRED TO BE SENT BACK TO MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR BECAUSE OF WARRANTY WORK OR CORE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO INSPECT PARTS WHICH CANNOT BE RETURNED TO YOU. THIS CONDITION HAS BEEN SATISFIED. CUSTOMER HAS READ, UNDERSTANDS, AND HAS RECEIVED COPY OF THIS FORM AND ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF VEHICLE.
