Position Title: Advanced Engine Installation Specialist

We are seeking an Engine Installation Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with strong mechanical aptitude who wants to focus on complete engine and transmission installations. While previous engine installation experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who has the skills, work ethic, and desire to become a high-level specialist.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install gasoline engines.
• Perform transmission removals and installations as needed.
• Diagnose mechanical concerns related to engine and drivetrain systems.
• Verify proper operation after installation through testing and inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with the service team.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and shop quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Professional-grade toolset required.
• Ability to perform heavy mechanical work safely and efficiently.
• Close attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
